Purchased an UAG case on May 30th - within a month the back hindges broke and when I took it back about 2 months later I was told the store has a new manager and when they called the manager I was directed to contact the manufacture which I did. Filled out all the requested information and emailed it in only to hear nothing back after three follow ups with the company. Please do not carry a product that I paid over $50 for in your store only to tell me to contact the manufacture who does not respond as it reflects your image... read more
After dropping by the City Creek Tricked Out Accessories and being helped by Jaran I will be recommending this location to all my friends. Jaran was friendly, helpful and literally blew me away with his product knowledge and expertise. He’s a credit to Tricked Out Accessories Anne will be the reason that I and my friends and family will be coming to this location for any future iPhone accessory needs!

Love love love! Tricked Out has always helped me out with all of my needs. Even with the case that I had previously purchased and it broke, they weren't allowed to do the warrenty in store which is understandable because it was a manufacturer defect, they went above and beyond to help me fill out my warranty claim (which I never expected them to do) with the original phone case provider. I got my new case within a few weeks. Thanks so much to Cliff the manager who has been nothing short of amazing every time I have come in.
Ive been to just about every Tricked Out Accessories, but the City Creek location has been nothing short of fantastic! Great customer service and excellent products! Love it! Always a recommended place!
