Very happy with the tonneau cover for my new truck installed by Trick Trucks. Spoke with a couple of the advisors who patiently answered my questions enabling me to make an informed decision. Installation was finished earlier than expected and looks flawless. I will be back in the future. Another job well done!
I found this shop to be less than professional. I confirmed my appointment twice only to arrive and be told I did not have an appointment, and that techs were at lunch. They did find someone to rotate my tires and change oil. This took hours. And I later found out that the lug nuts had been over tightened on 2 wheels requiring me to replace one of the wheel hubs.
Place is nice a well kept, my install may have been an outlier but it took much longer then expected and the install isn't the cleanest I've ever seen it seems like it should work as required
So. My bf took his tuck in for a brake job and it took two weeks. They forgot to get the part to attach the brake hose and also gave horrible customer service when i came to updates on the done date saying it would be done on weekends when they are closed
