Trick Construction has always taken care of me and they are the only commercial and residential builder that I call. I have used them for small renovations as well as the construction of my home, my shop and my office. They are a pleasure to work with in every phase of construction!
Best remodeling job we ever had performed. Trick Construction did an awesome job on our bathroom remodeling. From the estimate with Scott, Job Supervision with Sean, Front office with Sherry, all did an amazing job working as a team. They only used quality sub-contractors and did not sacrifice quality for speed. They made sure everything was priced correctly and performed to the highest standard. Shotty cheap construction, worst work I’ve ever seen! Cut corners on everything, cheap cheap cheap! A blind man could do better work than this company. Incredibly disappointing. I can not stress how bad they are! Not a honest company.
This is not an honest company. Do not give them the initial deposit, it is a SCAM. They quoted me one price as an initial estimate, I agreed to that amount, gave my 5K deposit, after I gave them the 5K, the estimate miraculously increased 100-150k. Also, they could not provide an itemized invoice of what the 5K or the 340K estimate included.
Trick just completed an extensive screened patio with a roofline addition on my home. For every appointment they showed up on time and were extremely professional. They communicated with me every step of the way, answered every question, and problem solved until I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again and or to recommend them to others! Thanks, y’all! I love it!
