Just had Tri City replace all our 26 year old windows. We went with Tri City on the recommendation of our neighbours who had theirs done last year. The salesperson, Elena, was very helpful in guiding us through the process, and had many suggestions that we would not have thought about. The base price was less than we expected so we were able to go for a few upgrades. Installation took three days and was done very professionally. They were amazing to work with, from the quote process all the way until the end. Price was reasonable and workmanship was awesome.The crew was great on the day and the window has been great quality with no issues since it was installed last fall.
