I recently replaced all of my windows and a patio door with TriCity Windows and Doors. So far, I'm happy with the experience. The installation was completed in two days. They did a good job cleaning up after the installation, which I really appreciated. The new windows and patio door look good, and everything is working well so far. So pleased with quality of the windows and doors we ordered from Tricity. The install was on time and went smoothly with no issues. She actually took the time to go over all the options with you. Others just took measurements and left. The installers were friendly and courteous. They were respectful of property inside and out. Their attention to the finishing trims and clean... read more

The crew cleaned up well every day and after the job was done. They were very friendly and easy t... read more
From sales to installation everything was done professionally and efficiently. Very pleased with Bill's guidance for the window selections and the 2 installers for a seamless job. The windows and front door look great.
Tricity windows and doors were absolutely amazing to deal with. Starting with our sales rep Elena. She was extremely knowledgeable in every product we asked about. And we had a million questions. So many options and she was so patient and helped us through the entire process. So fast so efficient and we ended up with EXACTLY what we envisioned. A big shout out to Irina and the installers. Irina was so fast to respond with any updates I enquired about and how everything was coming along. The installers were amazing!! From mea... read more
