Our experience with Tri City started off a bit rough, mainly due to communication issues and unclear care instructions for our new door (as well as issues surrounding the door sweep). We felt frustrated by the slow responses and some missing details that could have prevented early wear and tear. Tricity Windows and Doors did an amazing job installing all new windows and a custom patio sliding door. There was an issue with the sliding door (it was a manufacturer defect) and Elena maintained contact and wanted to be updated to make sure the issue was resolved with Stage which it was. Tricity cares about their customers satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right!
