The referral dep sucks! No one there knows how to do there job! I’ve been waiting since Oct to have a procedure done, and between my pcm, pain dr and insurance it is know Feb and still no progress! I’m going back to my previous pain dr. I never in 20yrs had this problem with Dr Buyanov!!!

Dr Chapman is wonderful and is patient with his patients and Darla is also wonderful with the patients and everyone there is so respectful we love the Landa office!
I didn't even make it to the clinic because the receptionist/clerk that called me was so rude! I'm a Retired veteran that has Tricare and Humana military referred me to this clinic. I left a voice message because I saw my referral online and no one hadn't called me yet. The receptionist said she heard my voice message (still pronounced my name wrong) then sounded irritated I corrected her.
