Wonderful Doctor and wonderful staff. Caring, concerned, everything a real Doctor should be.
After visiting several doctors over the past 2 years for a reoccurring pain I felt that it was just something I would have to deal with. I visited Dr. Patel based on the referral of a friend and within minutes he figured out the problem that for two years I have been told to just try not to think about. When I entered the office I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was promptly taken into an examination room and then had a x-ray. The in-house x-ray service was so convenient. I went to Tricity to get school physicals for my two sons, this clinic put the insurance in as 'Urgent Care'! That requires a large deductible on my insurance and they also charge special fees under the urgent care rate - higher office visit etc. When I called to straighten this out, the office manager provided no help and would not followup with insurance to fix this matter - costing me over a hundred dollars!
