For the most part my care was good in the ER however I had a headache and asked 2 nurses for Tylenol who said they'd check and I never received it. Consequently I went to the floor with a worsened headache and didn't get any Tylenol until 830pm. By then it was really bad. Also in ER I told them don't put a Purewick on me bc had a bad experience with leaking and being left in wet sheets. Sure enough it leaked all over me and the cot and everything had to be changed.

The people in the ER were great, the staff, the doctor's, everybody was just fantastic. The only thing that I don't like or didn't like about the ER or must stay in the hospital is that when you're in there, you're in there to get treated, I tried to feel better, but then you've got your Billing staff people come in to try and collect payment, why you're in there to me?That's just being so pushy...
