Dr. Olaes is highly recommended. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had ! She is very caring and thorough.
Knowledgeable and nice but her availability is very limited
I've been going to Dr. Olaes for about 7 years now and I couldn't imagine having to get another Dr. She is great. She not only listens, she truly cares and remembers things about me even though she's busy with so many other patients. She also took care of my Dad. She's just the best Dr I've ever had.
Kind, good listener and knowledgeable. Dr. Olaes is up to date on current medical practices. She takes her time to listen to the patient and addresses all concerns. Refreshing in the corporation that is Ohio Health.
The worst encounter I have ever had. When you walk in the office to check in you are greeted by individuals who do not want to be there and they treat you as such. I waited for 6 months for this appointment. I walked in 5 mins early and was told I needed to be there 15 mins early and that I need to reschedule.
