Dr. GREEN is very thorough and informative. She takes her time to answer questions and wants to help..not just see a patient and get them out. It's not just a career for her, it's a human approach to helping and healing.
I chose to see Dr. Greene because I believed a female urologist might offer greater empathy. This turned out to be a big mistake. Dr. Greene was cold and even showed contempt. Instead of diagnosing me, she shamed me for a condition over which I have no control. Patients come to specialists like Dr. Greene seeking expertise and compassion. What I received was judgment, misdiagnosis, and a deeply upsetting experience that set my care back instead of moving it forward. Easy to talk to but will leave passive aggressive voicemails at 8:30 pm with no call back number to chastise you for something her office staff messed up
