These people is unprofessional the nurse practitioner,doctor . They write down things on your charts is on true. Am the patient I know my health problem They don't ask the right questions to get the right diagnose. They put down there on diagnosed with out run any test. I requested a test . That I never receive. I reached out to them. They never return any phone call. I wouldn't recommend these doctor to no one. Is been going on for a while . I want be going back. Am just going find me another doctor.
The most unprofessional office of drs and nurse practitioner or PA's I've ever been too. Filing a complaint with the hospital administrator today. Issue has been ongoing since September 22nd. Finally after several calls got MRI ordered only to not be able to get a follow up appt to discuss some alarming results I've seen on musc mychart. I finally found a dr I use that looked at results and graciously got me an appt with a neurosurgeon asap. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Very upset and dissatisfied.
