The owner is very nice. However, I came in for a relaxer retouch. Keep in mind I am not a hair stylist and only know what they tell me. I will start by saying she relaxed almost my entire head, even though I only came for a retouch. And secondly, she relaxed my hair bone straight, and did not ask any questions about how exactly I wanted my hair.
