We've been using Tricera for 4 years now, their service is excellent! They do a good job at making you feel like part of the team. From recommending a paper to introducing you to contacts for colour profiling - they make sure you are taken care of. Whenever I call in, show up or email, they always remember who I am, what printers I run, and what media / ink I'll need. Words cant express how unbelievable Devan and Michael are at their craft!! From prints to custom orders they have made every process from Tiff. to client an enjoyable one! These guys were amazing! We wanted a large 40" x 60" landscape picture based on our own image file. They were very knowledgeable and we didn't just get somebody to fire off a print for us but we got advice on the whole process from the canvas, the frame, the ink, the coating, everything. As a result, we ended up with a beautiful piece for our living room! Will definitely use them again in the future.
As an artist brand new to printing, the staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting print options that would work for my art. They have quick turnaround times and their quality is second to none. When I look at the print up close I have a hard time differentiating it from an original!
I’ve been going to Tricera for my printing supplies for over 10 years now and have always been impressed with their knowledge and service. Plus they always seem to have what I need in stock. Now that I live on Vancouver Island, that’s even more important because I sometimes find myself running out of supplies when I most need them.
