There needs to be a negative rating star level. It hurts to see old people go there as many times as you do to pick up meds and get turned around for whatever random reason they decide to come up with at the window. Something needs to change!
Shouldn’t even get a single star. Had a prescription in and was told well we are backed up from the weekend we probably won’t get to it. Was told they would help to get it filled elsewhere and got no phone call. No help, no nothing. The bare minimum effort.

Why do I call in a prescription to only wait over an hour. Call the people up who actually call in the script
If you need anything from the pharmacy don’t plan on a same day deal appointments take 6 weeks no one answers the phone
