This place sucks! They own Element at Valley West where I live. We have no use of masterbathor bed. Huge hole on ceiling, water leaking. And they drag their feet to approve fixing! Its Bullshit!!!
These people are terrible!!!
Attention all contractors beware and do not work for this company. They do not pay. They violate their own contract by not paying for work performed. What is only a few thousand of dollars worth of work they decide not to pay on will now cost me days and weeks and cost them tens of thousands after legal fees and missed on my process to get paid for work we performed
Terrible communication , not the best apartments for the rent they charge
