I am very happy to have just bought my SUV from Jay at Trican. No pressure, and GREAT SERVICE. Jay was always very polite and was willing to meet me in town when I first test drove it, then stayed late at the Coquitlam garage to accommodate my late hours of work to do the sales agreement. Further, he arranged new wheels and winter tires immediately and again stayed late with his excellent technician, Jayden, to fit them. I would see them first if buying again.
I bought a beautiful 2002 Audi A4, and although there was a problem with the cooling system, the seller's warranty covered the repair costs and we have the car working properly. Thank you Mr. Kim
If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a 2011 audi s4 for them and they told me when I got the car that it had a resonator delete and a stage 1 tune. When I found out the car didn't have the resonator delete it took me 2 days and threats of involving a lawyer and vsa just to get them to order me the part that they told me was already there. After that I was curious to see if the car was in fact tuned as that's not something I can personally see. We'll low and behold there is no tune on the car either. These guy... read more
Bogus company sell you lemons , I bought a Hyundai sonata from there and on the same day it broke down severally and they especially the sales guy Jay there denied to pay for the repairs but after giving legal warning he paid for some of the repairs but did not the whole problems and asked me to pay for the evap leak by myself even the car.
