Great facility! Wanted an environment I could focus and this is 100% it! Best private gym in the Woodbridge & Dumfries area.
Amazing people, atmosphere & very knowledgeable! So happy I found them! I loved their gym chihuahua, Oliver the most.

Pete and Lisa are passionate and dedicated owners. They truly care about fostering an awesome fitness community. I was in the area for a brief period and this gym was exactly what I was looking for: - had a good variety of equipment - was clean - was accessible on my schedule - the price was right (especially considering other options in the area) - not a packed madhouse The owners, Pete and Lisa, were open to any suggestions if they didn't have something.
