Gave a deposit on 11/18/2025 for $4,002.50 and no work was completed. On 1/15/2026 I requested a refund of the deposit--On 2/3/2026 the owner advised he would have the refund processed by the end of that week and no refund was ever sent. Filed a report with the Boerne Sheriff's office for theft of service
Ryan at Tribute Custom Woodwerks is amazing - I literally stopped him on the street and he quickly made me the perfect thing I needed. Our house has custom kitchen cabinetry and I needed another shelf for one of the cabinets. I called and emailed the company that did our cabinets and they never responded.
