While my step mother has only been here a few days, my experience with the team getting her moved in was five Star! Brandon Allen was communicative, transparent and incredibly helpful during a stressful time. The medical staff was thorough and truly interested in learning about my step mother. Finally, everyone from the front desk, the nurses and aides and dining room staff were warm and friendly and caring. Thank you!
My husband and I just met with Brandon at Heritage Village. We were looking for an assisted living place near my son that we could tour. Brandon Allen was such an outstanding representative for Heritage Village. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of Long Term Care, and he took the time to explain it to us. My mom has lived at Heritage Village for a little over 2 years, and we have overall loved the experience. Starting with the most important part, the staff is absolutely wonderful, and make the place a very caring environment for the residents. My wife has been in memory care at Heritage Village for almost 2.5 years. It’s a wonderful facility with caring aids and nurses. Sally , a nurse, has been especially helpful.
Carla is an energetic outstanding addition to this facility. She is always cheerful and creative. She seems more like a friend than an employee. I hope she is appreciated for all she does ❤️
