I got 2 piercings about 3 months ago with a friend. The service was fine. The piercer was hygienic and attentive. The saleswoman who helped me at the counter was nice but continuously tried to up-sell me, going as far as charging me for things I did not ask for. When checking out, she asked me if I wanted to buy the saline spray. I told her that I didn’t want it after finding out the price. She STILL tried to charge me for it. It was my first time here & the over all customer service SUCKS ! The guy was nice & helpful! But Sarah was rude & doesn’t know sarcasm from seriousness. She was talking across the room at a customer not the mention she had on a MASK! & Stated she wanted another co worker to do the ear piercing because i was rude in which she mouthed that but i can read lips. I genuinely asked for a refund & left will i return here again no i will not .
