Once again, Tribles had the part I needed in stock. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator...what ever is broken, if you want to fix it yourself, Tribles will have the part for you to do the job. Zero stars here. I called to see if they had a part I needed before driving over to the store. They said they did not have it in stock but could get it from the warehouse and in the store in two days. They said they would call when the part came in. They never called and never indicated over the phone that this was a special order item and that returns were not allowed. I called myself after the time had passed to see if it was in and it was. I have been using Tribbles since 1985 and found that this is the best place to get help.They have always had the parts I needed and if not,get them very quickly for me.This is the only place I found that is willing to test my parts so I dont end-up buying a part I dont need,What a AWESOME bunch of guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been to Tribles many times they have NEVER failed me. Turned a $600 repair into a $60 do it yourself.
Knew what I needed and had what what I needed.
Always seems to have any appliance part I need. Does not open until 9:00 AM though.
