Had the part I needed for my washing machine. Very courteous!
Just not the helpful in a timely manner. They transfer to people that don't answer the phone and never call back.
I have been dealing with them for years still same issues. Their inefficiency to supply the correct help to the customer base has always been the issue. From chasing down the correct contact to as simple as making a phone call and people never call back I have to use them because they are one of my part suppliers.
Terrible customer service I will never call them again, I called, trying to get a part and the guy was very rude very full of himself. I’ll just get the part myself, but I didn’t realize how useless these people were.
Super fast service, great prices, and answered all my questions with enthusiasm!! Definitely going back!
