I had the same experience as Dom D. I was sold a part in a zip lock bag. I never used the part and attempting to return the part. I was told I could not return the part. I was told the same thing the part was used/installed. Telling me that they sold me a part that was to be new, and really was a used part.
I was sold a part that was in an open box. The part was never used and upon attempting to return, I was told that the part was unable to be returned because of the box being opened and that the part was already installed. I didn't install the part meaning I was sold a used part.
