Went to the Merrifield location with a GE cooktop knob to get a replacement and guy was rude and condescending because I didn’t have the model number from the range. I can’t take the stove out of the marble countertop so he gets hostile and storms off. Never once did he suggest the generic fit everything knobs in his lobby. Soooo unprofessional.
Always a pleasure to visit.Get all my parts thru Tr.ibles and have for nearly 40 yrs.Refer alot of customes to Tribles.
Customer service excellent order on time helpful people.
