Just politely asked for what outstanding invoices there were and he yelled "I WILL GET THEM TO YOU" and I was like how? Then he said hold on a sec and then mumbled. I said "sorry I did not hear you" and he yelled "WHAT IS YOUR EMAIL SO I CAN SEND THEM TO YOU?" Why am I getting yelled at when I am being polite?

The manger Jackie is friendly and knowledgeable. Also Mike one of sales reps very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great place. Super friendly people. They were a lifesaver for me since my element went out in my oven and I make custom cakes with a big wedding cake to do when it happened
