I constantly forget that Richmond has some wonderful stores like Trible’s, Smith Turf Irrigation, etc. where you can get hard to find or items not available in regular big box hardware stores. On this latest DIY project to replace my refrigerator motherboard, I ordered on Amazon, received the product four days later and got a used board instead of the new one I ordered. The associates working the parts desk are unpleasant and seem perturbed when they are required to do their jobs. Horrible attitudes. I cancelled a $750 order due to their lack of enthusiasm.
