Do not trust James. It’s been a few months since my experience at Tribella, but after hearing about a friend’s recent and similarly poor experience with James, I felt I should write this review to warn and save others. I paid $450 for Tribella’s new bike fit consultation, which included a comprehensive fit, analysis, and bike recommendations. I was told that bike setup was included once I purchased the bike.
