I've only been a customer for about 18 months, but in that time James and John have been amazing. The quality of work is absolutely professional. They are friendly, generous with their time, and absolute experts in what they do. Bought my bike last February (2025), and have loved it. But after a quick tune, it is even better than my first days on it. If it wouldn't bother them for me to do it, I'd just hang out and enjoy the vibe. Super shop!
Did a bike fit. Very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and solution oriented. Great combination of tech and specialty experience resulted in a great result. First fit is expensive but they save data on you and subsequent adjustments or fits for other bikes are very cheap. Have also used for parts and its a great environment- helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
These guys are the real deal!
I stopped by the shop unexpectedly while cycling across the United States, having just discovered a slow leak in my rear tire. James took the time to fix it, check everything over, and offer advice; I received a fantastic welcome. I highly recommend this shop for their expertise and friendliness. Éric
