Constantly has obnoxious people reving their engines and playing loud music at all times of the day 3am 6am 10pm don't matter. The walls are shaking!!!
I should’ve went with my first gut when it took them almost two weeks to get me approved taking their sweet time! I needed to be out from where I was at the beginning of August well, the unit wasn’t ready initially what it was supposed to be and got pushed back to August 9. Ahorrate un dolor de cabeza y no rentes aca. No tienes donde estacionarte y se lleve la reca tu carro aunque este registrado. No puedes controlar el aire frio o caliente ellos deciden cuando lo quitan o lo ponen. Siempre hay toneladas de basura. Siempre de una u otra forma hay cargos extras de todo. I have lived here since 2023 and nothing has changed even with the new management company. No one responds to calls or emails from resident's. I emailed them on Sunday morning(i know they were off) about the laundry room not being open on time, like always, and still no response from them about any of it. However, they make sure to respond to these reviews. Every time I call I have to basically physco dial before anyone picks up. These apartments are the worst ive ever lived at so far. Pool has been closed for the last 3 summers for the same light that keeps breaking. The laundromat is never opened at the time posted outside the door and been multiple times where door is locked and closed within operating hours with no reason or note. Trying to get someone out to fix an issues is almost impossible unless you say it’s an emergency fix. The over all environment is awful and dirty.
