This here is a terrible situation. Nothing works normally here, it's ok today, the next minute it's worst.
Do not move here. Im in the process of suing and have already filed several complaints. What they dont tell you is that its not central heating although it states that on the site. Its a chillant coolant system where they contol the air and heat. They turn off the air in november when its still hot outside and turn on the heat forcing you to buy and ac unit. They conveniently leave this out when they give you a tour.
