Management is horrible
Don’t trust that shaddy old lady Letty in the office she charges unjust fees and claims it was previously mentioned then refuses to paint the parking spots that are said to be reserved as if you just supposed to magically know that Also destroyed my car towing it and refuse to give insurance details.
Letty has been very responsive and very nice! Answered every question I had. Jefferson has also been very helpful. Quiet and affordable apartments and townhomes! They have great specials to move in. Glad we found this place. Moved in very quickly
Love the management they answer my questions right away or any issue I have it gets fixed I highly recommend
Jenny is awesome! Straightforward no games. She made this experience for me and my son one to remember Letty the manager is very helpful. She went above and beyond for me. Thanks Letty, and Jenny! Then I moved in. Fridge was out for 2 weeks. Tried to give a notice after my lease expired. Held me hostage for another week, so they could charge me extra money. Then took it up a notch and billed me for an additional month. Intentionally foul. Beware
