I have lived here since 2023 and nothing has changed even with the new management company. No one responds to calls or emails from resident's. I emailed them on Sunday morning(i know they were off) about the laundry room not being open on time, like always, and still no response from them about any of it. These apartments are the worst ive ever lived at so far. Pool has been closed for the last 3 summers for the same light that keeps breaking. The laundromat is never opened at the time posted outside the door and been multiple times where door is locked and closed within operating hours with no reason or note. Trying to get someone out to fix an issues is almost impossible unless you say it’s an emergency fix. The over all environment is awful and dirty.
