ICE STORM,17 DEGREES OUT AND NO HEAT AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT Me and my ex fiance I used to live here around 89 maybe 90, it was a while ago. And it was a lot better then. I think they used to be called Brown Trail Apts. As we speak we are having an ice storm and it's 17° and my friend lives there and has no heat. Over the summer his AC and the heater broke and instead of fixing it they gave him a window unit for the air conditioner. i have been here for some months now and I love the front office staff the maintenance people and just the fact they are always on top of the issues I have instead of just letting things go. i have two kids and I'm trying to create stability and a safe home for them and they are really helping me achieve that and I'm thankful. i look forward to being a part of the community for many more years. its affordable.
Love my spot my kids fit in and the office staff are the best as far as leasing I’ve dealt with
