Very concerning experience. Concrete works commenced at approximately 5am, despite the site signage clearly stating permitted working hours of 7am–5pm. By 5:10am our household had been woken by significant construction noise. Multiple workers were active on site, followed by heavy vehicle arrivals and continuous engine and mixer noise. The builder has been contacted during the work. However, they just apologized and was advised that this is 'just how construction works', and that it would only occur once.
