I lived here for a short period of time and was allowed to be let out of my lease because of a pervasive roach infestation on the 15th floor. It took my reporting them to the city before they took the issue seriously and even then they were unable to remediate the issue and allowed me to leave. While the doormen and other staff are wonderful people, the management of this building is terrible. The only real review for Tribeca Pointe on Google is the first one from someone named Alex. Notice that the other reviews repeatedly say things like, “This building is a top contender for my move when my current lease expires”. Would people looking at apartments be writing reviews like that? Me thinks not. The building has nothing but good views from certain apartments so that it’s what they sell people on. Matt was a pleasure! Toured a 2 bedroom with my husband and loved the location, finishes and layout. Top contender once our lease is up in March!
The apartment and building are absolutely stellar. Loved the location and the view is truly breath taking! We are keen on a 2 bedroom apartment here once our lease is up in a few months.
