Didn’t even live here went for a tour, well I tried to tour. But I just wanted to tell how unprofessional the leasing office is. I walked in and a black chick named Sharon and a Hispanic chick with glasses seen me walk in not one of them greeted nor welcomed me. Then the audacity of the Hispanic girl to look at me and smiled & still didn’t speak so I left. Bad bad customer service for the both of them!
Absolutely loved the tour I got today very informative and God sent staff. Thank you guys for caring for future residents and residents alike amazing job keeping the area looking beautiful.
We have been living at this apartment community and our experience has been wonderful. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, making it a comfortable place to call home. A special mention goes to Miss Stephanie, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. She always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns, and her friendly, approachable nature makes a big difference in the overall living experience here
New management from kinghtvest is very rude and aggressive. Don't fall in sweet talk trap u will see monster face later once u start talking to then on some problem. They quickly form negative opinions abt u and also write in email to you. Some dev gully assistant manager is very unprofessional and responds very aggressively and gets strong backing by the manager. Lot of ppl have left this community due to their rude behavior. Maintenance is very poor. One maintance team handling 700 apts. No one comes to fix the issue on time. They are unable to fix the issue.
