I am unfortunately updating this review from 5 stars after both doctors I wrote about below were moved to other locations. It became very frustrating to build a relationship with a doctor, only for them to be moved to another less accessible office without notice. The call center continued to be an annoyance, and my email about the doctors we loved moving locations was met with a “corporate” response. We’ve since changed pediatricians as a result. Today was our first visit at this practice after changing pediatricians and wow, sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Morrissey was fantastic—she really took the time to listen to my concerns and validate my feelings as a parent. My baby was happy throughout the entire visit, and when it came time for her vaccinations, Dr. Morrissey skillfully distracted her and shielded her from seeing the needles, so she didn’t cry at all. We usually go to the Hastings location which unfortunately merged with Tribeca Pediatrics a little while ago. I called for a sick visit for my son on Friday and the woman at the call center was unable to make an appointment for me next day even though "there are plenty of appointments available" because her system "wouldn't let her do it". When I called the next morning, the Hastings location was fully booked so they steered us to the Ardsley location. When we walked in, the place was very dirty.
