Very bad customer service; always making up excuses for not delivering on time.
Changed the price on a dry cleaning order (+$17) without disclosing or explaining until I pressed for an explanation (and the explanation still didn’t make sense). Made me come back three times to pick up the order because it was not ready at the agreed-upon time (four days after drop off). Lousy service and attitude.
They’re great!
Avoid this place! Damaged an item of mine and then tried to tell me it was my fault.
