Awful service and very unprofessional, from the front desk to the masseuse. I used a gift card here from a 3rd party vendor to get a massage and they were late in opening up the facility, took forever prepping, and the service was unsatisfactory. Worst part is - they had marked my entire gift card balance as used, when I had indeed a good amount leftover. They are not picking up their phone nor answering my emails. Completely unacceptable as I’ve lost my money here now. I do not recommend this spa.

I got a facial as a Christmas gift, and really wanted to love it, but unfortunately didn’t have the great experience I had hoped to through the positive reviews I had seen online. As a small business, I was hesitant to leave an unfavorable review, however, maybe my experience was a rarity. My scheduled facialist fell ill on the day of service and instead of letting me know, they asked a less experienced facialist to step in to avoid disappointing me. This is the best place to go in Tribeca for facials, massage etc. Highly recommended!
