I have lived at Tribeca for over a year now while in residency. The location is very convenient to the OSU campus. This is a wonderful place to be for graduate or professional students looking for a more up-scale experience. Lexie has been so helpful and kind throughout the lease and renewal process, and she was always available to answer any questions. The building is very well maintained, and maintenance requests are completed quickly. Highly recommend!
I just resigned at Tribeca and I have no complaints! Lexie is great and I enjoy the events that go on within the community.
My daughter was looking for an apartment and the ladies in the office were so nice! I was worried about her moving to Columbus alone for her first job, but I know she will be in good hands. I liked that the building had fob entrances and the gated parking spaces. It sounds like they have a lot of well attended monthly gatherings, I might move in myself haha!
I had a couple maintenance issues recently and Aaron was extremely helpful, professional, and responded to work orders in a timely manner! I appreciate the quick fixes!
Tribeca has the BEST team! Keeleigh, Lexie, and Aaron are great! They recently upgraded their dog park and my dog loves having a space to run around and play!
