I've been living here Tribeca for two years, and it's been great! Maintenance is really quick, all staff are friendly, communication is very easy, and the building is always well maintained. Very satisfied!
Lexie was extremely helpful in finding my apartment at Tribeca. Her tour was very thorough and she made the entire move-in process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Tribeca and working with Lexie.
Many people debate Lebron and MJ as the goat, but for me its Lexie Thomas. The best property manager ever - she has made living at Tribeca better than the Four Season Maui. Highly recommend.

I’ve bounced around Columbus quite a bit and this is probably the best place I’ve been at. Friendly staff, clean inside and out, not loud at all, and great amenities. This is the only apartment where I have resigned a lease after living there for over a year.
