When I first joined this gym, I came to Hudson with one goal: to lose weight. I told him straight away that I did NOT enjoy training and was feeling really frustrated with the whole process... I absolutely love this gym. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable. Tribe caters for all fitness levels and provides a fun non judgemental environment. Everyone is super friendly and you always walk out feeling better than when you walked in. I cannot recommend Tribe highly enough!

Taking up strengthening weights classes was a bit daunting in my late 50's but the staff here at Tribe are so professional and well trained I couldn't speak highly enough about them. The small group classes afford you quite personal attention and the encouragement to challenge yourself only appropriately. No ego driven push to injuries here. Its all about form, technique, appropriate challenge and of course, FUN!!
