Beautiful hotel
Excellent service. Great pizza.
Not a bad place to stay at Manchester airport but there might be better . Our room was clean smart but tiny , the bar area was nice and busy and so was the restaurant. My only moan was sitting in the bar area they wouldn't serve us a pizza because it's only on the restaurant menu and not the bar menu even though it's all one room. ?? The bar menu isn't worth serving really it's just a ripp off , being charged seven quid for a few bread sticks and two ends of bread and oil ??
Food came out very quickly and was not too bad. I had the bavette steak salad with peppercorn sauce. Meat had a good flavour but was incredibly tough. Service was awful; my waitress was slow, disinterested and didn’t check on me one bit to see if I wanted more drinks or if the food was ok etc. Once I finished she came took the plates and just walked off and didn’t give me chance to ask for dessert. Finally I managed to get her attention by which time I just wanted the bill. Very disappointing.
