As an Uber driver, Very disappointing experience. This business seems to have no appreciation for the people who provide services and support behind the scenes. After dealing with their order for hair extension supplies, I was left with the impression that respect and courtesy are not priorities here. If this is how they treat others, perhaps their own customers should consider following the same example and skip the tip as well.
Made appt for full head balayage with haircut with Aubrey. Aubrey did a good job, and is friendly. She is on the aggressive side with highlighting as i had a ton of breakage on my ends even after having a haircut. The reason for 2 stars is she did not discuss her pricing on the front end- nor during the consultation. I went to get my highlights done by Aubrey P. and will no longer be going to anyone else. An enthused A+ review. The salon is clean, cute and in a great location in Leucadia on Highway 101 and Aubrey was warm, friendly, professional and did a nice job making my highlights look fresh yet natural. Aubrey is a fantastic colorist and stylist! I went to her for a color correction after a few messed up color jobs overseas and she took time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me to find a solution. I'm so happy with the result (both color and cut) would absolutely recommend her!
