Booked an appointment online for a consult for extensions. Waited a week due to their schedule being full. Drove an hour up to the salon on the day of my appointment. Walked in the door 45min early. Stood by the front door for 45mins. No one ever said anything to me or asked if I needed to check in. Absolutely nothing was said to me. I'm looking for a new Salon. I've never been to Tribe Hair Co before, so I called to make an appointment for a mans haircut, goes to voicemail, leaving a message to call me back. I called back numerous times the next day, but nobody answered. This was 3 days ago, never did call me back. Will, I guess I need to try another salon.

I found Tribe when I was in need of a new stylist due to bad coloring and toning at another salon. I randomly picked a stylist (Embellished by Em) and she has done a great job of getting my hair back to the color I want and getting it back to healthy. I love the whole vibe at Tribe, from Penny coming to say hello to watching all of the amazing artists at work. I am really looking forward to trying out some of the new services, soon!
