Tribe is the BEST! The journey with my Tribe Family began in June, 2020. My goals were to become stronger in mind, body, and soul. Mind - I know now that it’s never too late to start and that I can do so much more than I thought I could! Body - I’m no longer pre-diabetic, almost off blood pressure meds, down 20 lbs, and so much stronger! Soul - I’ve never felt more welcome and loved at a gym, and I hate missing a workout!
Great atmosphere, a super fun experience with great people! The coach/owner Kiley is awesome at explaining workouts and helping meet each individuals need no matter what level of experience!! 10/10 recommend to everyone!!
If you need a gym to call home and a great group of people to help you on your journey to getting stronger, Tribe is the best!
Love this gym so much! Class setting keeps me motivated and I have met amazing friends. Workout is adjusted to your needs!
