I am just about to hit 100 rides and it is EASILY my FAVORITE workout. The instructors keep each class dynamic and new moves will keep you on your toes and you will seriously forget you are cycling for your life and burning 300-500+ calories--that's just the cherry on top! My sister and I came to class this past weekend as we were in town for a wedding. We take rhythmic spin classes a lot and have for almost a decade and Tribe was INCREDIBLE! The staff is so friendly, the class was so fun, and the instructors (we did a double) made us feel so welcome.
