I had an amazing experience at the cycling class! Dalia, the instructor, was incredible! full of great energy and super motivating. It was my first time, and the team made me feel so welcome, helping me get set up and comfortable. As a sweet bonus, they even gave me some goodies with a thoughtful thank-you note. Highly recommend!
I dropped in for the 24.2 Open workout Friday Night Lights last minute and luckily they were able to fit me in to one of their early heats. EVERYONE was super welcoming and nice. I have been to a few Crossfit gyms in a number of different states and this one was by far the most welcoming. The workout area is not huge, but they have everything you need and all of the equipment is in great shape. My judge Bobby was awesome. If I lived in the area, this would be my club of choice.
