Get your computer systems synced and your stock up to date! I had a defective battery from the Jacksonville store (the 4th one). I made a trip to Springfield to exchange it at the Freedom Drive store and they wouldn't exchange it ( even though I had the receipt) because their computer system was different than the one in Jacksonville so I had to drive all the way to Jacksonville and they only keep 1 in stock instead of having a choice of colors. I used to like this business, but they never have anything in stock anymore. This is where I bought my vape pen, yet they have no coils for the last 1 1/2 months, no batteries for it, and really don't carry any of the higher nicotine juices anymore. It seems they don't care about keeping a variety of customers. I will go to Upper Limits from now on. Recently discovered them, they keep stuff in stock and are cheaper too. Tribble's staff are friendly, but that's about the only good thing I could say about them.

Do NOT go to the Jacksonville location. Button on mod stuck- bought about 30 days ago. Went in and employee says “that’s unfortunate”... I’ve referred many friends to the location and visit almost weekly. I buy all my juices and mods there and feel like the response and lack of interest was not proper customer service. Not to mention, possibly a manufacturer complaint that was not even considered or researched. never had issue until today. I purchased a vape from the 2 1/2 months ago. was told the warranty was a year (I know I didn't look at paperwork). however I had them repeat it because they were selling me a display model. power button no longer works. go in and they advise it's only a 30 day warranty and they wont do anything. my business is going elsewhere

love this westside store the employ that helped me was Zach S. he was very helpful, i told him i was wanting to start an build my own coils and said i had ordered an OBS engine RTA online and was looking for the right wire and stuff to build with even though i did not buy from there he was still real helpful, he went as far as to show me how to build a coil and had me build one thanks again Zach S. for your awesome help and asked if they had cinnamon roll flavoring for when i run out he turned me on to this Cannoli Be One an... read more
