It was the height of summer and the air conditioning broke down. It was Friday, and the good part was that in the afternoon, they sent someone to the house. We were concerned, as there are times when you contact HVAC businesses and they inform you it will take several days; however, they dispatched a technician who identified and fixed the issue that same day. I felt pleased and amazed by that

I had a fantastic experience! He was super thorough and took the time to explain everything that was happening with my unit and why. I’d absolutely choose Yellow Dot again! I even decided to sign up for maintenance for my other equipment, too.
He changed three defected ones.He also checked the electric box outdoor and inside the house. He was polite and answered all my questions.Thank you
The price is B - a little expensive. Their professionalism is very good. I'm expanding my attic space, so I'm going to have them to put new ducts there.
