Larry Hammer is a Master at what he teaches. Great conditioning, techniques and leadership is what he brings to his Muay Thai style of kickboxing, as well as other MMA disciplines he incorporates into the strike game. A pleasure to be a part of his success captured from his own professional experience in the ring.
This gym is excellent for training and the sparring is awesome with great fighters. Larry hammer is an excellent instructor of Muay Thai and kick boxing. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
In 6 months I lost over 40 Lbs ,Kevin is amazing, he will teach you proper techniques,nutrition and self defense. I would recommend him and his wife to people of all ages. Joe Celello
