From the amazing receptionists to coaches, everyone is so lovely. You can walk in unprepared and you’ll be catered to incredibly - everyone is so generous! I’ve also been running and going gym on and off for almost 10 years, while being generally active and never did I think I’d be able to build stamina like such and run on a treadmill at some speed and time without hands for support. I only used to do my version of HIIT when I work out, but here the results here are crazy and they stay!
