If I could l re ave 0 stars.... sold a defective lock and, 2 days later, told me to contact the manufacturer because I didn't have the receipt. I was called out if town for a month and when I went back with yhe receipt he said after 30 days he wouldn't do anything... never shop here
This is the worst store! They sell faulty bike locks that don’t work after a few months. We went back to the store and requested to reset it or replace it - it’s a $200 lock. They refused to, and we had a receipt. We’ll make sure to spread the word among Redondo Beach neighbors about this store.
Went in after buying a used e-bike to have them quickly check it out and get a few maintenance items for it. The storefront staff were extremely nice and helpful. However, once I brought my bike to the service area the tech was rude and short with me. He said I needed new brakes “yesterday” after only quickly glancing at the brakes. I asked to see the condition of them and he indicated trying to show me would be a waste of time because I wouldn’t understand. Robert, Guillom and everyone have always helped me and treated me fairly when it comes to maintaining my e-bike. I would highly recommend them.
