Was hung up on 3 times while trying to see about repairs to an electric bike for my father that he bought used and did not have the product information on. Offered to bring it in. Was met with more rude attitude about a key we did not know about. Again bought used years ago.
Robert and his team are the best there is. I’ve bought 3 bikes from TriLab through the years and the service is second to none. They not only provide service. But education. Training and truly are a community asset.
I’m an avid bike rider for 20+ years and I work as a bike fitter. When I went to the shop, I already knew what I wanted, but wanted to see the staff approach and knowledge about frames and sizing. The staff asked me some questions and based on my answers and measurements, they sold me a Cervelo soloist size 56, exactly what I was searching for, and by the way, best bike ever had so far. I strongly recommend the shop.
