X Ray unit went out and was told by Jose at Rayence that I needed a new detector panel. Without coming to my office to visually inspect my problem, Kathy in sales at Triagle told me that I needed to buy a new panel at $15,000, or better yet purchase a panel and software for $22,500. I asked that Mike or Gram come out and look at the unit because I felt that the problem might be a loose connection. I was told by Gram that it was the panel and nothing else according to Rayence.
