Preston at Optical delivered exceptional service. He was the epitome of professionalism — friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at what he does. He had my glasses repaired within minutes of me walking in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
I wanted to update this review. Today 11-15-2024 I received a bill from Triangle Visions for $50.00 for "No Show Late Cancellation" despite being there early and staying for 20 minutes while they figured out they made a mistake with my insurance. Ironically, I went to The Eye Center today next to Len's Crafters and they were wonderful! The staff new what they were doing and I saw Dr. Fowler. I had an appointment at Triangle Vision after waiting for about two weeks. When I made the appointment, I provided both of my insurance details, as I have two insurance plans. However, when I arrived for the exam, I was asked to sign an estimate for around $200—$150 for the contact lens exam, $39 for dilation, and $10 for the copay. I questioned why the cost was so high despite having two insurance plans, only to be told that they could not file claims with both insurances.
