First time recently. Saw Dr. Houser. Problem isn't solved yet. But will give my opinion in a few more weeks after medication.
The doctor is great . there billing is something Give a 70 year old man a IPAD who has never used one he fills it out forgets to sign a page they tell him you forget to , this so he just signs it. Was referred to them for treatment of prostatitis. They did nothing to help me. I recommend going somewhere else.
I was given tests that were far beyond my reason for going to the doctor. This and lack of transparency of the tests I was given, why and how much, led to a bill of thousands of dollars. I paid the first bill and when I got a second unexpected bill I asked for justification for the last test they gave me and could not get anyone to talk to me - the doctor or the billing department. Care consisted of wrongly ASSUMED medical history and falsified record of care. I finally went to my medical doctor for antibiotics (I'm no doctor but I knew whatever was wrong was getting worse.). My MD put me on the strongest antibiotics he could give me and my co-workers advised me to call Duke hospital. Duke urologist saw me right away and took care of my problem.
