Have been trying, for a week, to schedule a referral appointment: phone never answered, calls not returned.
First visit December 2021 resulted in a near perfect review. Recent return visit and boy things change. Communication has laxed as well as since of urgency for patient service and care. This is also true for scheduling ordered test and procedures and returning calls. Sadly this group has falling into the same lax patient cars and services as all Medical services in Durham. "City of medicine" is a joke now.
Almost impossible to get appointment. Appointment desk never answers phone, and usually doesn't call back after I leave recorded message. Medical care has been fine, but seems like they don't want business.
I accompanied my elderly friend (95 year old) to her appointment with dr. Rothman. It was a very disappointing visit. De. Rothman was totally unprepared for the appointment. He made some generic comments about the health status of my friend, but he did not bother to learn what happened during her recent hospital stay. Racist group of people. I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a doctor’s office. I’d rather have a procedure done in the back of an alley than to go back to this facility.

RecommendedThe docs at triangle urology saw me about 5 times. Dr. Jason Underwood removed bladder stones and did an excellent job. Been to him subsequently for UTI. Called to make an appointment and speak to Dr Underwood 3 times. Dr would not return my call nor would the girls at front desk. Have no idea what I did to them. Jimmy Coppridge would have sat least spoken to me with about what I had done. Whom ever is making decisions is very petty.
Dr. Houser has been very helpful in the care of my father. He went above and beyond to speak with me and answer questions during this challenging situation.
First time recently. Saw Dr. Houser. Problem isn't solved yet. But will give my opinion in a few more weeks after medication.
