Called this office twice to schedule an appointment to review my tax returns to no avail. The person answering the phone said that there’s no guarantees of an appointment or callback. Not sure how this business is run but they’re definitely not the only accountancy firm in town. I’ll go elsewhere and I advise others to do so as well.
